I have my dogs groomed here and they do a good job. Prices are more cheaper then most places. The owner has groomed my dog for years even when she worked at another facility. I know my dog is easy groom most time so I allow him to be groomed but others in the shop. Bathes are important if you can not do them at home. Gets dog order off and any accidents they may have walked through. Maintenance is expensive and slowly they have done some work on the place in the condition she got it. Keeping wet dog smell under control when the grooming area is directly behind the front office is not easy. We boarded our dog here because it was one of the only places we could find for a reasonable price, but boy do you get what you pay for. The lobby smells so bad that my husband and I had to cover our noses the whole time. While you’re in the lobby, you can hear all of the barking from the anxious dogs in the back. Some barking is to be expected, but I’ve been boarding my dog for 4 years and haven’t ever heard barking like this before. Around halfway through my dog’s stay, I found out that another dog had sustained fatal injuries a few months prior and called the front desk to ask to talk to someone and check on my dog. Well my grandma’s pride & joy Patsy (Phat Dawg) needed a weekend get away while she (grandma) went out on the 17th annual riverboat square dancing & slap boxing competition cruse & like the old Christmas tale goes “the inn was full!!!” I was recommended to the B & B from one of Grandma’s ex-lovers & he said his purse poodle loved the place. I was concerned for Patsy due to I didn’t have her shot records, but the sweet lady I spoke with assured me that they would call and secure all information. I picked ole Phat Dawg up and she was as happy as a pickle in a vinegar based salad!!! Thanks for giving her back to Grandma & me like we gave her to you all, it meant a lot. They are so friendly & I couldn't be more satisfied with the services. Harley just loves to get groomed at Bed N Biscuit. Shea is so helpful every time we come in & Harley just loves her & the prices are very reasonable.

I’ve been here twice! But the last time i was here i asked for a certain cut that Bella normally gets else where and when she was picked up it was NOTHING like the picture i was Very disappointed!!!! We don’t normally come to them but our normal groomers were booked and it’s always nice to have a good back up plan but i was Highly disappointed on how they cut her smh! Idk if i wanna Go back
