We've been in a dozen times in the past month, and every time, the folks have been kind and helpful - even when they didn't have to be. Pet supply staples are generally well stocked. We've gotten several order for pick-up, and the process has been simple and smooth.

Very satisfied and happy with dog training. Mandy, trainer, has been working with my dog and me over the last year. She has helped me channel my golden doodle’s high energy through obedience training, tricks and Brain Games. My dog happily goes to class and his behavior around people and other dogs has improved 100%. If you are committed to your pup I highly recommend the training with Mandy. She is super patient and gives so many helpful suggestions covering dog behavior, canine merchandise, necessities. We have also taken private lessons to address issues like leash pulling and jumping on people. My guy is becoming a gentleman. So grateful for the kind support and advice. Store is clean but reptiles are in tanks with no food water or hides. Geckos i saw looked sickly and stressed out. Appalling lack of care . Do better PetSmart. Do NOT buy animals from here.

I'm really concerned about the reptiles kept in a way that doesn't meet the basic care standards in Petco's care guides. No hides, no water dishes, no food.

I took my dog to this PetSmart for a simple nail trim, something they’ve handled perfectly in the past. This time was an absolute disaster. The two employees working clearly had no idea what they were doing. Instead of simply carrying my 7 lb Yorkie Poo to the back—as every groomer and even her own vet has always done—they insisted on putting their leash on her and trying to force her to walk back on her own. When I offered to carry her myself, they refused. My dog was now shaking, and completely stressed out while they spent nearly 30 minutes trying to “lure” her into the back. One of them even got on her hands and knees making cat noises at her. I couldn’t believe what I was watching.
