Our family absolutely loves everyone here. They provided the best care for our boy Bowzer and made his last years as comfortable as possible. He made it to 14 (with very very bad arthritis) and that would not have been possible without the amazing staff at Bayshore. Special shout out to Courtney at the front desk ❤️

I have been going to Bayshore since 2016. That are phenomenal. They are so caring and loving and always able to make a slot for your pet if you should have an emergency They go above and beyond and I can’t say enough about Dr. O’Malley. She is just wonderful. The staff there is incredible

Dr Laney Baris Checked my 3 JR Dogs for their Annual wellness exam at Bayshore veterinary Hospital on 9/22/2025. She then insisted that my older dog (14 years old) would need to have her teeth cleaned under anesthesia and also have a "possibly cancerous" spot on her nose removed and biopsied. I spent the next 2months scheduling my time and money for this procedure that my dog "needed". A few days before this procedure was supposed to happen the office called me to have her come in for "presurgery" bloodwork. I couldn't understand completely why this was necessary as she just had blood work done at her wellness exam. Dr Baris also failed to give her her yearly bordatella shot at the wellness exam in September. Yesterday My dog was brought back to Bayshore Vet for the "necessary bloodwork".

Dr. O’Malley and Christine are absolutely incredible. When my sweet Ms. Brooklyn was attacked by another dog and left with a wound, they treated her with so much kindness and care. From the moment we walked in, they were calm, reassuring, and so gentle with her. Christine was super sweet, and Dr. O’Malley made sure Brooklyn felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. It meant so much to see them not only treat her injury but also care about her well-being and comfort. I can’t thank them enough for helping us through such a stressful moment. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone who wants their pets treated like family.

Update 10/27/25: Changed to 4 stars as there have been significant improvements in the weeks since my original review. Calls and messages are now promptly returned and overall the customer service has greatly improved. There should be a zero stars option… Is there a secret code I need to use to get a call back?! Multiple calls that lead to just as many “messages to the doctor” over the past 2 weeks regarding my dog that is supposedly being treated there and I can’t even get a call back?! Who runs a business like this?!? I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone and will go out of my way now to ensure that. I have literally no other avenue besides this review to taking time off and going there to wait until I can at least speak to someone Can I at least get a call back?!
