We are so lucky to have found Bayshore Grooming! My dog is very anxious and the wonderful staff at Bayshore not only makes him look great, but also prioritizes his needs to make him most comfortable! They gave my shih-poo an adorable haircut!

I just had my two Airedales groomed by Bianna and I think they look gorgeous. But, you be the judge - see my photos! My dogs absolutely love Bianna and look forward to their SPA DAYS at her shop. She loves on them as she grooms them and always keeps their happiness, comfort and safety first in her mind. Bianna is very talented, her haircuts are show quality! Bianna loves dogs, and dogs love Bianna. She is amazing with animals. This is our second dog, and they both love her. Not once have our pups gotten back in a bad mood or misbehaved. Not once have we been concerned that our dogs were mistreated. We know we will get our boys back well-groomed and indulged. What else can any dog parent want - a happy pup in a good mood... That is exactly what we get every time we visit Bay Shore Grooming.

I only gave one star because of the bow she put in my puppy's hair and could not give less than one star! I was referred to this groomer by my trusted vet, but sadly, my experience was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I booked the appointment, the owner had a combative and unpleasant attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly overwhelmed — yet had no staff to assist her. I had a friend drop off my month old puppy while I was at work, and when I was placed on speakerphone to communicate directly, the groomer was shockingly nasty and unprofessional. Her tone was aggressive and cold, showing zero warmth or care — especially disturbing for someone entrusted with handling animals. What should have been a positive first grooming experience for my puppy turned into a disgusting,

Beanna is the absolute best groomer! She has been grooming our chihuahua mix for almost 10 years and he always looks amazing! Very happy with our experience here!
