Super nice staff really clean all the animals seem really happy they are definitely well taken care of. I don’t know what it is about this certain place with cats but anytime I’ve ever been in here. They have the sweetest cats. I have adopted two overtime now and they are the sweetest cats I’ve ever had. I have two young kids and the cats adore me and my children. Very well, trained sweet cats.

The store manager doesn’t support customers. I had my dogs nails trimmed and noticed a few days later they had been half heartily done, in fact 2 nails hadn’t been trimmed & it was very obvious. The manager said I should have inspected them right away! He was not able to help or support me. The clerks at the register are frustrated that the store operates in 3 ways, so one hand doesn’t know what the other knows. The manager was focused of using the app more than the situation at hand, showing me all the new advertisements.. I will not support the store and mentioned to the manager that he previously assured me he would make things right. There is too much competition in this market and I shall make better choices in the future.

The store is great. However grooming is a scam. The short version: if you use grooming always inspect your pet after, otherwise you won’t get a lot of the services you paid for (I’ve got to stop letting my husband pick them up because he don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings looking over the dogs) I’ve had to use out of convenience otherwise I would’ve quit going long ago. I think I’ve only once actually received what I paid for. I try to be relaxed/chill customer, I’m not picky about the cut, if they look a little funny, it’ll grow out soon. But I add on packages, wanting everything done and the more I go over time the less gets done. In the past, they sent out a survey to my email after the visit and I answered it honestly, someone from grooming contacted me and said they’d be putting

Fast friendly service with a smile. Knowledgeable staff knows their stuff. Store is huge. Clean. Well stocked. Easy in and out.

My kids wanted to see animals, so we looked at tue cats that were up for adoption. There were several. They looked well cared for, and each had individualized information written on a displayed card. We also looked at the fish. There were several very pretty ones. The store was clean well stocked.
