I stopped in on a whim to see if someone at the store could help me find a product for a very specific problem my dog was having. The employees at the store were so knowledgeable, kind, and fun to talk to!!! I told them my dog was out in my car and they came out to pet her and give her a treat, it was just one of those wholesome nashville experiences that you think about weeks after. I randomly got a Christmas card in the mail and it was from Nashville Pet Products with a handwritten note!! These people are just amazing, I will continue to shop here because of how amazing my experience has been! Great business to support

I just moved to Nashville and was up this way to go look at a house. Decided to stop after the showing at 8:02pm. The open lights were on so figured we'd pop in and get my dog some treats for being stuck in a crate every time we had to leave. Walked in with my kiddo and saw them sweeping, I'm THAT dickhead that didn't look at hours prior. So I asked if they were closed, as I would've just come back another time or gone somewhere else. When I tell you they were the MOST welcoming, even though I was there just a tad past closing time. I won't do that again as now I've looked at the hours, but they did ask if I needed help and recommended the best dog treats for my doggo. I will DEFINITELY be back whether we end up living nearby or not! I have one happy puppers :) THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE AWESO

My daughter in law brought me here for a visit Sunday. Pick up DaPurrPellers for my girls she recommended. After several fun days playing with their fur couple wanted a few for mine. The staff are friendly. Helpful. Attentive. The store supports offering the opportunity to purchase treats for the local shelter and we happily accepted. We were given a random assortment of free items: two small bags of treats to try, and two small cans of cat food. This was very kind as I’m working to TNR a few young cats found on my block. These will be helpful. We were able to find a variety of the cat toys we wanted. And, extra so I could buy one for my family’s kitties. My husband and I have been coming here for years for our dog Beans. They are truly the best pet store in Nashville! They have an awesome rewards program and treat your pets with so much love. The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced at a store. I don’t even live near Hermitage, but my husband and I both drive out of the way just to go here. It’s so worth every penny, even if it’s more expensive than their competitors. They truly are just so much better!!

The employees here are too notch! I had quite a scare tonight while trying to take my dogs for a treat and they bolted. They all did quick work to help and when we finally got my dogs back and in the store they watched and loved on them while I almost died. Sharon was amazing! And the other girl I hate that I can’t remember her name…they were both so great. I can’t say enough good things about them. This place deserves all the business over the big box stores.
