Banfield Pet Hospital

No matter when I call for my pet to be seen the team always takes him. Mostly nail trims but when ear flared up it took hours not days to get him in. And the team loves him.

The staff here is AMAZING!!!! I normally never write reviews but I needed to share my experience because it truly was incredible. My pup had some medical issues where we needed to bring him in and drop him off. I’ve never done a drop off before so I was extremely anxious. After a handful of hours, waiting for an update, I called the front desk to ask for an update because I was getting anxious. I wish I could remember the persons name that I spoke with because she was WONDERFUL! She gave me the sweetest, most detailed and kindest update on my pup and eased my anxiety tremendously. When it was time to pick up my pup, I could immediately tell he was well take care of. Dr Sweet was his doctor. The explanation of the medication was also intentional & said slowly so I can understand. I actuall

I don’t usually leave a lot of reviews but I brought my kitten in for his round of vaccines and all of the vet techs were extremely nice, even the receptionist, a lot of customers still in and out so i thought they all did well for a high traffic job, very smooth for me especially being out of state, was able to get set up and his medical records in, and once you’re taken back , process is super simple and quick, i did let them take my kitten with them to the back since he does well with people, very respectful when i had any questions , they were answered. My kitten is in good shape the following morning, basically bounced back quick from the shots and his nails look great, definitely needed the pedicure, he’s a runner for me but all went very well here. i think patience is key for vet pr

I had a wonderful experience at Banfield Pet Hospital in Hermitage. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and professional, and made both me and my dogs feel welcome and at ease. A very special thank you to Dr. Cecilia Grace Roberts for her amazing care and kind service. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely compassionate with my dogs. It's clear that she truly loves what she does, and it made all the difference. I'm so grateful to have found a place where I feel confident that my pets are in good hands. Highly recommend this location to any pet parent looking for quality veterinary care! 🐾

Great staff at this location. Knowledgeable and puts our pet’s (and our) needs first. We have had no issues since we started taking our pet here.
