Have used their grooming services a few times. It has been a good experience each time. There is a good selection of foods for both cats and dogs. They have a variety of different pets and fish as well. They all look to be well taken care of. The staff is always polite and friendly.

Great location for me. Staff always friendly. I’ve used on line order and pick up. It is easy. I use grooming services and have been pleased with the results. Cost-wise, I do watch for sales and sometimes I can get a lower price using Chewy. Way too many emails from PETSMART however.

I had a 2:00 PM grooming appointment for my dog with Jessica S. I arrived at 2:10PM and waited in the lobby while the groomers were still busy with other dogs. After waiting around 15 minutes, I was told it was “too late” to take my dog. When I asked what their late policy was, instead of answering, the employee just said, “I asked Jessica and she said she won’t be able to take her.” Completely unacceptable customer service. I wanted to give this location a chance since it’s closer to home, but I’ll keep going to Petco where the service is always excellent.

I’m never taking my dog there for grooming again. It was the worst experience. They honestly didn’t groom properly at all. They did the complete opposite of the haircut I asked for and totally ruined my dog’s grooming. Do the groomers even have proper certifications? Don’t ever go there — it’s a waste of money and a waste of time. Now my dog’s coat is ruined and it’s going to take forever to grow back. I’m so upset I feel like I’m going crazy.

They are so familiar with the items that I don't really have to shop. I just walk in ask a question am escorted to the item and if I have anything else in mind they can get it for me because I am handicapped and can't wander around too much.
