We have no complaints about his prior supplier at all. But he NEVER was as excited about mealtime as he is now. They make a great, nutritious product and deliver it with love. I have known Janice and Jeff since the beginning. I've been ordering from Lucky Dog for about a year, and am very happy with both the quality of the food and the incredible customer service. I have a dog that is an extremely picky eater, and had much trouble finding a food that he would eat until I tried Lucky Dog. Now he eats and finishes his food the moment that I put it down. The company is also extremely easy to communicate with and very flexible. Sometimes we run out of food a little too soon, and they are always easily reachable by email and more than willing to adjust my shipping schedule. I highly recommend Lucky Dog!

Always looking for the best for my beloved pooch and have tried many high quality foods for dogs. I learned about Lucky Dog Cuisine from a dog trainer in Los Angeles. Tried it once and I’m blown away at the quality of the food and the customer service. My dog is usually a picky eater, but not anymore. She loves all of their recipes and is licking the bottom of the bowl in 60 seconds. Her digestion has also been perfect with Lucky Dog from day one. Their customer service is quick, informative and pleasant. Wish I could give more than five stars.
