Water is not used when a bath-wash is ordered. Instead, they upsell a certain shampoo that is brushed into the animals coat before haircut. They do a decent job of shaving or cutting the pet’s coat. But the pet is returned full of tiny hairs all over from the cut. You will have to properly bathe your pet at home after the haircut.
Brought my dog in at 550pm for a grooming appointment at 750pm the dog had not been touched . Watched three other couples take their dog in leave and return with grooming done. It’s not 811pm still waiting on my dog that was only here for a combing and wash.
Friendly and timely. Will use again
