I have been Diane Romano's friend for 2 years and have been volunteering at River's Edge Horse Rescue. Diane's commitment to these animals is beyond reproach. Every dollar she receives goes to their care. These horses are so loved and well taken care of everyday. Shame on the haters who are viciously attacking her and affecting her donors. PLEASE don't believe them. The horses need you. God bless you for standing by Diane and her gorses

Why does the owner keep reporting my review? That tells the truth right there! THE OWNER EVEN REPLIED. SO STOP BLOCKING MY HONEST REVIEW AS A VOLUNTEER! My heartbreaking experience is too long for a review. see my photos labeled pg 1-8 at the bottom One way was 45 min/26 miles, went 3-5x every week (30-40 hrs) from 2/2021 to 11/2021. I loved the animals! I am mentally/emotionally drained and have to tell my story. The owners behavior towards ALL volunteers is unacceptable. I will tell you the 3 major things that led to the final straw but there was just so much in between 💔 1) Romeo a blind horse, escaped and needed new panels to keep him safe but they didn’t have funds to purchase them. My friends and I raised money. She demanded I bring the money to her because she had manpower that d

Rivers Edge is just that! a true horse sanctuary. I went there to help groom the horses last Sunday. All the horses were happy, healthy, and living the life! They have great turnout, trimmed feet, nice blankets and are all in very good shape. The owner, Diane loves each and every one of them as if they were her own children. And all the horses are as friendly as dogs I hope to visit and volunteer again there often and help out with some of their cost for the Ferrier. Please help Diane and keep this beautiful sanctuary going and the ,horses happy and healthy. Thank you

We had a wonderful time learning about the horses. Diane took the time to introduce us to each horse and shared their information with us!
