I went yesterday with my dog and had a really bad experience. The white woman that was up front was rude and had an attitude since the start… she puts the leash on my dog and starts pulling and tugging him and he’s chocking and making chocking sounds then while she’s pulling she tries and grabs his legs and claims that my dog “bit her”… no he didn’t… then she’s like “oh I don’t feel comfortable cutting his face or his legs” so what was the point of paying $50-60 if she wasn’t gonna do anything. He attitude was really bad and I just don’t recommend yall go to her. I’ve never had any problems until her. She was rude and didn’t want to do her job since the start

PetSmart Grooming has been fantastic for my poodle! They always do an amazing job, and the staff is super friendly and professional. My pup looks great and enjoys the experience every time. Highly recommend!

My 9 year old daughter and I decided to buy a 36 gallon tank, and researched set up and different fish. We have set up a live plant tank with sand and soil, and have let it cycle for 6 weeks. We went to PetSmart a couple of times and we're looking at getting an angelfish. 1 fish. - The tank minimum for an angel varies based on where you look, but on average 20 gallons. And the tag at PetSmart TODAY still said 29 gallons, until I pointed it out to the girl that refused to sale us an angelfish, unless we get a 50 gallon tank, as she pulled the tag down. My 9 year old has been building up for this day for 6 weeks!! Then she goes into this whole thing about angelfish eat the small bait fish they sale, and she wouldn't even let me talk. She just kept talking over me which inflamed the situation

This place is total trash, and so is the worker I dealt with there. I went in to purchase something for my kid's bearded dragon. Naturally, we went to look at the bearded dragons they had there. There was one baby; they had dehydrated pellet food with mold and bearded dragon feces in the food bowl. Anyone who owns a bearded dragon knows its diet consists of only greens and certain bugs. Additionally, it takes a long time for mold to grow, so it was obviously sitting there for quite some time. When I approached a worker and told her they needed to change the food, she replied with two thumbs up, laughed, and said, "Sure, right away." When I told her I didn't appreciate her tone or the way the animal was clearly mistreated, she replied with, "Buy him then." I completely lost it on this worke

My Marshie was nervous and scared, they treated her kind & loving. I'm new to NC and was informed that I needed to get her a NC tags plus gave me information to get it. Happy how she looked afterwards. Grateful for tag information. Will be returning
