The quality of grooming was decent, my issue lies with how incredibly long it took to complete. Appointment was at 5pm and didn't finish until 9:20pm and that was only because I could not wait any longer. If they are busy, they need to turn down services. I scheduled late, so I would have been okay if I needed to reschedule. Not sure if this is their standard but it was a bit insane
Tori did a great job on Willow our Bernese Mountain Dog. This was her first time at a groomer and she came out looking and smelling wonderful. Tori even took the time after the appointment to give some tips on how to trim nails which I’ve struggled with. Thank you!
Our groomer Xana is awesome! Our flat coated retriever Sophie is an old girl and Xana takes such good care of her ❤️
My pups 1st time getting groomed by someone other than myself, and he was treated very well and seemed to love it.
They were great, I am definitely gonna keep going back !!
