I had a bad experience here 5 years ago. I decided to try again last year and have been taking my two pups to get bathed here. On 2/12/24 I dropped my dog off at 1:30 pm for a bath. Around 4:30 I called to check up on him since it's been a long time. I was told another 45 minutes. I asked if he was even bathed and they said yes. I decided to go pick him up because 3 hours was enough time for him to be there for just a bath. I got there around 5 and when they brought him out to me he wasn't even bathed. So for 3 and a half hours my dog was sitting in a kennel. I was extremely pissed. I voiced to one groomer how frustrating this is and I wish they would have called me to get him sooner. He was assigned to the groomer Elidia. Never again will I give this store another try.

I’ve been here before This weekend took my dog in and dropped him off at 10:30 am appointment I figured I’d pick him up 2-1/2 hours later he wasn’t ready until 2:40pm that day. Took a long time to have him groomed plus they have bad customer service will never take my dog here again I do not recommend

I took several times my baby Kingston from the beginning. Amanda always does an amazing job and the staff always courteous and attentive. I so recommend Petsmart at Downey 🥰
