Love love LOVE this little shop! I always walk out happy with a unique find. The fish are so well taken care of and are always happy and healthy. In fact, the fish and shrimp I buy from here are sturdier and healthier than those from any other pet store, which helps me feel confident that my new babies will thrive and live long lives. Prices are so fair, selection is fantastic, and the staff is very kind. I almost want to be selfish and not post a review because I don't want someone else snatching up a cool fish before I get to it LOL but they truly deserve the recognition.

Been here for several years. Either I get the son, father, or the mom that run the shop. They’re always kind and great to talk. Always have amazing fish and I believe they’re one of the only shops near that have saltwater fish. Either way they are great to chat with and have great deals on the fish if you buy a bundle. Lastly always have the best aquatic plants on standby and usually get them in stock frequently. Recommend coming here instead of petco and petsmart since their aquatic plants are in far better conditions and up to quality. They even have dope aquascapes on display so check them out.

Im very selective and this shop has not let me down. It a family ran shop with a really good selection of rare fish and plants and some reptiles(seasonal). If you want quality service come to this shop. Perfect for scapers tonnns of selections of substrate and foreground pieces. If you’re in Downey give them your money because it’s worth it.

We love coming here. They are super helpful and friendly. I’ve gotten so many of our items for our saltwater tank here including fish and coral.
