Okay, I have a lot to say about Allie & Paws, so this will be a long one. They are absolutely fantastic! I’ve been using their grooming services at the Firestone location for about 3.5 months now and I couldn’t be more happy. The price is very reasonable considering I have to get my dog groomed regularly, I don’t feel like it’s breaking the bank. Also, my dog Jerry is a recent rescue with extreme anxiety. However, everyone who works there has been so kind, understanding and patient with him. I love that with each groom he comes back to me with a new accessory like a bow tie or bandana that’s his to keep. Shout out to Belinda who usually works on him. Lily is amazing! She always does such a wonderful job grooming my dog, Luna. Not only does Luna look great after every visit, but she’s also so happy to see Lily—which says a lot! You can really tell Lily cares and takes her time to make the grooming experience comfortable. On our last visit, she even painted Luna’s nails a pretty blue, and it was the cutest touch. I couldn’t ask for a better groomer—highly recommend!

the lady made 3 of my pups nails bleed. i finally understand why people leave such crazy negative reviews to warn people. do not take your dog here to get their nails trimmed. they cut my dogs nails so short three of them bled! and the ladies didn't even apologize. my dog is really good, doesn't bark or bite, i was able to kind of see him through the tinted glass. then i had to hear him scream in pain and it was horrible. then to have the groomer hand him to me bleeding and got blood all over myself. that's what just happened to me. 7/12/24 at 4:30pm. no one even said sorry! instead they said "it was because he moved" ??? no. we were able to get our money back but i wish i could take back my pet getting hurt instead. we've taken him to get his nails cut so many times in the past and this
