PetSmart Grooming

Veronica does an awesome job grooming my Yorkie Rocky. I have been taking him for over a year. She follows my directions and makes him look so handsome. Love the bowtie for Christmas. Great experience.and average pricing. But I like she knows what I like and makes it happen. Caring and kind with him. I like that they give report cards about their experience.

Made an appointment to get my dog bathed on a Monday. On the app it states they give a bath, brush, and a sanitary trim. When I got there they said that I would have to set an appointment with a groomer for any kind of trim. I then made an appointment for the following week. I get a call the day before stating that they over booked for large breed dogs and they weren't going to be able to get to mine. Mind you I made the appointment at 8:00AM. They asked me to reschedule yet again for the next day. I like to plan my week accordingly and for them to do that is unprofessional. I'm NEVER going to bring my dog here for any grooming.

I am pretty sure my dog brought fleas home from this grooming location. Neither he, nor my other dog, had fleas in the morning but when I brought him home he was itching and I saw a few fleas on him and by the next day my other dog was scratching. The staff is very nice and generally treat my dog well as far as I know, but I have also now brought him home with his tail hair trimmed short after I asked them not to.

Spencer was so kind and compassionate, and did a great job trimming my dog’s nails even though my dog is a total drama queen about it and doesn’t make it easy. I’ve lived in multiple states but have always found a Petsmart to get my dog’s nailed trimmed at and have had good experiences.

I had my dog schedule for an app with a groomer but decided to cancel and go elsewhere after I got a voicemail. The voicemail was ...the dog wiggles around so should b given calming medication and the last time you came in was feb... we recommended once a month. So yes I got irked...so if i.come in once a month.does the price go down? He is not a maltese and he isnt matted. He is a dog he wiggles..most dogs do...they are not perfectly still when they are young. Anyhow will just have him groomed elsewhere ...
