K-9 Kastle Pet Grooming

K9 Kastle has been our groomer since my dog was a puppy and now we have been going here for over two years! They were her first groomer so naturally she was a little unsure, but the groomers were so patient and kind, taking their time to make her feel safe. Now she happily walks in every time, excited for her grooming day! She always comes out looking adorable, smelling fresh, and feeling great. I love how she always comes out with a cute bandanna or a little bow!! I highly recommend them!!

Well, first things first, don't expect to just walk in and have your pet groomed especially if it's about 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, it won't happen. She had a lot of dogs that were already groomed and ready to be picked up by there owners plus she said that she still had 3 or 4 to be groomed, okay I can understand all of that, but don't be so rude about it , she could have offered to schedule an appointment for my doggies, but she did not. I guess she has enough customers and doesn't need my business, so I will go else where.

Julie really loves each dog that comes through the door and she takes special care of my elderly disabled dog during his grooming.

I went in to get my dog's nails trimmed. I had just lost my other dog to an illness the day before. I was given an appointment immediately. Julie was my groomer, and I informed her that I had put my sick dog down. She took my only dog and said that the trim would cost $10, as discussed on the phone. Julie could tell that I was still distraught, and she kindly offered to bring Bella out to the car for me. When I tried to pay her, Julie said that I had been through enough and she did a very kind gesture during a challenging time for me. It is actions like this that give me hope. I will always come to Linda's K-9 Castle from now on and I will tell all of my friends.
