Banfield Pet Hospital

I called several vets about my ten-year-old terrier's dental issues. Each vet started out cheap. However, when they added up the cost. All of them were the same price. Banfield had several monthly programs that were great for the wallet. I'm signing up and the next two days. Tartar was removed from my terrier. I liked the staff because they were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The doctor called and explained what to expect after surgery.

I have been taking my boys here for 13 years. My two dogs are 11 & 13 and they have been receiving Banfield care their entire lives. I’m very thankful to Dr Thomas, Dr Lee, and their team for doing a great job.

We love Banfield Buena Park for our dog's veterinary visits. Their entire staff is so friendly and gives the best care for our dog. Their pet wellness plan saves us hundreds of dollars every year! I highly recommend this great place for your beloved pet caregiving needs!

I have 2 dogs and have been a Banfield Customer for 10 years. I have been to plenty of Banfield locations across Southern California and this one is HEAD AND SHOULDERS above the rest. Never had a bad experience with any of the locations, but at this location I feel like they really care about my babies. The front of house staff are very nice and treat me and, more importantly, my pups with love and respect. The VA's and VT's, along with the Vets on staff are very knowledgeable and I genuinely feel like they care about my pet's wellbeing. The plans are very nice, especially for puppies and kittys that need a ton of vaccines. The puppy plans even come with a DNA test that showed me that my rescue dog has a genetic condition! ... Honestly, for peace of mind and getting all the routine stuff

We have enjoyed bringing our dog to this location in the past. However, after today, we have decided not to return. The receptionist at the front appeared to be quite brusque. It’s possible that staffing issues contributed to this, but it seemed to impact the quality of customer service. I had some questions regarding a service scheduled for my dog, and it seemed that the staff member was somewhat bothered. The same impression was received when I called for an update. Banfield Pet Hospital, I believe there's room for improvement in customer service to ensure all clients feel valued and satisfied.
