Waste of time. I went to the introductory to dog training for $39. Got no training, just talked about how great my dog will be in a group class. Paid for the group class and said I will be in the class in 11/15. No call, no text, called day before class and was told that I was bumped and I’ll have to reschedule. Rachel tells me she didn’t cancel it but I know I didn’t cancel it. I modified my day to make this class and to find out the drop me from the class with no text/call. They were very communicative when I paid $39 but lack any skill to reach out after that. This store lack management skills, detail organization, lack of communication skills with clients and overall think that this store is only worried about money, not pets or their owners. Hope to get a refund for everything I spend

Worst store! Carry animals to sell that they literally don’t take care of! They sell sick animals! 2 baby Guinea pigs in the worlds smallest cage with zero hay! Zero pellets! Asked the cashier to please give them food and his response was “oh they only get it once in the morning and at night! If this place knew anything guinea pigs they require hay at ALL times! It’s 80% of their diet!! These babies were probably taken from their mother just to sit in a fish tank size cage! This place is horrible and has NO business selling animals! DO BETTER PETCO!! Shame on you! Horrific conditions!!

It was nice to stop by to do some shopping for my new puppy. Great customer service and helpful.

For your dog, cat, fish, rodent, reptile. Whatever, little friend you have. This is the place to go. Sometimes, just stopped by. Is fun. I like the colorful beta fish. Fun and helpful staff. Going back soon.
