PetSmart Grooming

My dog never had problems until Alan came along he shaved all her off, clipped her nails uneven, DIDNT WASH HER (we could tell because she smelled the exact same as when she went in) and possibly hurt her since she’s snapping when you touch her head WHICH SHE NEVER DID BEFORE. When we called to address this Alan got sassy and said he did what he could and he was very rude and snappy. We said we would come back so he could wash her aka do his job but he said he wouldn’t do it.

The worker that I booked with (Allen) did a horrible job with grooming my dog. The nails was unevenly clipped, the dog wasn’t washed, and was rude on the phone. I don’t know if he had a bad day or what but that was really unprofessional especially since this appointment was $100. If he doesn’t something like this again. He should get fired. He should had been professional about this complaint and at least re-washed my dog(because he claimed he did) Just don’t book with Allen.

Don’t go to Allen if your dog is a little matted he would shave the whole dog. My dog also still smelled when I got her back and with uneven clipped nails. Don’t book with Allen it was a waste of $100(Allen charged an extra $20 because she was matted just to shave her off).

I do not recommend this location. Alan sucks at his job & does not know what he’s talking about. I will never spend another dollar at this location.

You can advertise walk-ins,but depending on the bet you have you are not allowed. "Call in" sweetie that's not what walk in means.
