The staff at Abingdon Petsmart allowed an emotionally disturbed man posing as a dog trainer to bully me and tell everyone they couldn’t come in the waiting room because his dog was dangerous. The dog was not dangerous. The staff sided with his irrational behaviors. Please don’t bring your dog here. They side with the white male. Also, the place looks disgusting and my dog had hair all over her. I was forced to give one star.I notice on the way out that many of their beta fish were dead or near death. I’ve spoken of this before to the manager. I beginning to think that maybe Petsmart is not an advocate for animals?? They certainly don’t care about customer service.
Anita is the only person my chihuahua will let cut his nails :) she’s kind and gentle and sweet with him and I highly recommend her to everyone :) UPDATE: she is now at pet nirvana in Belcamp! She is the best!
The hours listed online that claim to be confirmed by the business 6 weeks ago are wrong...mon-saturday is 9-9 and Saturday is 10-7
It was cool I guess.
