Was told that the Banfield Vet clinic was open until 6pm so my dog could have a recheck. Arrived at 5:30 and was told all Vets leave at 5. Wasted my time and fuel! So frustrating!
I visit this petsmart frequently and its one of my favorites. Erin was awesome! I came here interested in adopting a gecko and she was so helpful and supportive. Her customer service and genuine personality is just the best. She made sure I had all the resources I needed before I left. Thank you Erin!
The workers there were so rude. Genuinely was making nasty comments because I did my research on what to feed and wanted something specific.
The lady at the register should be fired she doesn't know what she is doing worse experience ever if the owners where smart they would of never hired her
I have been taking my chow chow to this location since the day I got her. Leon had her again today and as always she looks amazing. He does a wonderful job with her and she can be nervous at times. The entire salon staff as well as the main store is always friendly and professional. Store manager is always so helpful and friendly to everyone especially the 4 legged customers. Thank you to all of them you are all appreciated. You all are the best.
