The staff here is always so friendly and helpful; they make the experience personalized for your pets. Dr. Mengers is very kind and knowledgeable; she always does a great job with my guinea pigs and my leopard gecko. I've trusted the advice she's given me over the years and it's worked out great! She guided me through some minor medical recoveries, and I've also gotten two guinea pig neuters done here. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else!

My little budgie, Peaches, had an emergency last week, and I rushed her to Chadwell Animal Hospital. Peaches was a victim of egg binding, and her uterus had prolapsed. The staff tended to her almost immediately, removing the egg and stabilizing her. Surgery the next day was an option, although very risky, so I agreed to let them try to save her from certain death. The staff was kind, attentive, and explained everything. Peaches didn't wake up after being anesthetized. I was heartbroken but understood she was called to go to heaven. I received a sympathy card today from Chadwell filled with names of the employees and little hand-drawn hearts. I began to cry again. Since losing my Peaches, I adopted two budgies. I would not hesitate to take them to Chadwell for care. This time I got two boys

Made an appointment for my rabbit Alphie called early in the morning for a same day appointment. And even though they were running a little late they kept me up to date and I never felt like I was forgotten in the waiting room. The doctor was exceptional in her care and thorough when explaining meds. Highly recommend

Have been going here for over 20 years! I recommend them to every single guinea pig owner I know. Dr Gold is a legend~! The vets’ knowledge of small animals is unmatched AND their pricing is unbelievably reasonable. Was quoted a surgery in VA, came to Chadwell for a second opinion, and they charged me only 40% what the place in VA wanted. Every time I’ve gone to another vet, it just makes me love this place more, they all pale in comparison. Love the whole staff here ❤️ Shout out to all the kind vet techs and all the lovely ladies at the front desk!! Everyone works so hard and it clearly shows! (Had to include an obligatory pic of my piggies too of course ☺️)

I love the Chadwell Team! Everyone is always so kind and reassuring! Dr Mengers is our primary Vet for my 5 ferrets. Yesterday after an accident, we rushed there and saw Dr Weeks and she was also phenomenal! Dr Gold had performed the surgery on my sweet girl and he took amazing care of her, as well as the whole team. I highly recommend them all!
