Banfield Pet Hospital

I am completely satisfied with the service that was rendered to my fur baby kola from the front desk to the doctors at the banfield hospital. The communication level was good from the beginning until the end of her procedure. They provided me a level of being comfortable with handling my baby at the hospital. I would recommend them at this hospital. I'm truly satisfied. My fur baby is a tough cookie but they handled her well.

Shuri did well. She was well-behaved and happy leaving out. One regret is Shuri urinating in PetSmart (3 times) and one time having a number 2 (Caca) in the store. Other than that, the Staff were very courteous and polite with Shuri. Shuri seemed happy. Thank you for your kindness and excellence!

I recently moved from the area, but utilized this Banfield Pet Hospital for roughly 4 years. I normally don’t go out of my way to write reviews, but the amount of care and love my pets (dog/cat) have received from the Banfield team over the years is truly remarkable. You cannot put a price on your love for your pets, and the peace of mind you have from knowing your pets will be taken care of. Thank you to the entire staff here at the Petsmart Banfield in Abingdon, MD for your outstanding service and care for my pets! We will miss you all!

From the front desk reception to the Vet techs to DR A. This is the most amazing team of people to take care of our animals. I had to put my Penny down 2 weeks ago and they were so kind and gentle with me and my Penny. Penny loved everyone there and so do I. I recommend this hospital to everyone . I would drop my Penny off there while I had to go to work and Dr A would always call me and communicate any issues. I will say it again the staff here that I listed are amazing and Penny loved all of them as well. My Penny got the best care from all listed above. You can believe the worst about Banfield all the complaints are on the mark They had at one a time a couple of very good vets. The one did so well for the Cherry eye my pup had when I first brought them there that it's impossible to remember which eye it was. All the goof vets have fled the place. They are way more concerned virtual signalling what political causes they support than your pet. And yea just try to drop a contract and see what happens.
