I have bought 4 hamsters from this store. Every hamster I have bought have not lasted 2 or 3 months. I do not recommend getting a hamster from this store or listening to them when it comes to buying a pet from them or knowing whats best for them they don’t know what they are talking about so don’t waste your money at this pet smart go somewhere else.

They was really friendly and helpful and did a amazing job with my puppy for her first time

The grooming is listed that they open at 7am. yet greeted at the door by incompetent employee and manager saying they are closed and dont open until 9am. I didnt have an appointment for the groomers, and was trying to schedule a walk in. the manager went to see if the groomers had any opening and she came back denying any openings. but go to the website and found several openings for this morning. this store just thrives on poor management.

Pet Smart had what I was Looking for and was easily accessible , But it had a sign that it was on sale . The catch was you had to be a membership sign up. I already get too many unsolicited junk texts and E-Mails and declined. I had to pay Full Price. Thanks !
