⚠️🚫⚠️🚫⚠️🚫⚠️ !!!!! Our first experience taking our 10 lb Shih Tzu was good. Both the lady at the front desk and the groomer were friendly. My second and last experience was absolutely horrible. The lady at the front desk was friendly, but she charged me more than double. When I asked if the prices had changed, the groomer immediately responded with a hostile and rude attitude, saying that the $70.00 fee was because the Shih Tzu had misbehaved. She told me that next time I should take him to a vet for medication first and then to them. I would have really appreciated it if they had informed me if my dog ​​wasn't behaving well and given me a choice. Even if they didn't finish the grooming, I could have paid a fair price if I wanted them to do it, or I was willing to pay $70.00 if they did f

Very disappointed after 5 years of being a customer. I worked night shift and unfortunately missed my appointment. I understand that this was my fault and I try to never let that happen but things come up out of our control. There was apparently a NEW policy put in place that if you miss an appointment there is a $25 fee. I feel like after having my dog groomed every month for 5 years, a courtesy heads up that any future missed appointments would cost $25, would have been nice. I feel like that’s fair. Not what happened. I was told that to schedule a new appointment I would need to pay the fee prior to. When I explained I felt this was a poor way to handle a long time customer, the response I got was unprofessional, rude, and went as far as to insult my character if I shared this experien

No complaint ! Left my kitty and she got a great hair cut. Poor baby was so hot. Thanks to Nicole, and her amazing job, she now feels better. Will come back when needed, for sure.

I tried bringing my sheltie to Nicole about a year and a half ago and due to my dogs anxiety she was unable to groom him (at no fault of her own, my poor guy just doesn't like being groomed). He has since gotten a lot better with baths and grooming and today I was finally able to take my little guy to Nicole to try again. I was in tears from the shear excitement when I picked him up from her! He looked like a completely different dog. I have never felt more confident in a groomer! I simply told Nicole I wanted his hind hairs trimmed and his coat to be rounded and smoothed out. We couldn't love his haircut more!! He finally looks like the fluffball we've always dreamt of! We definitely can't wait to go back!!

6/03/25 Hello everyone, I just wanted to jump on here and give major kudos to Nicole & her staff . My mini dachshund had never been away from my side a moment since 9 weeks old . He doesn't even let my family around him without work . Ms. Nicole was able to hold him without problem, he didn't whimper, bark or growl and they had the sweetest things to say about my little boy . I couldn't say enough about her. If I could give 50 stars I would. Yes I am one of those crazy pet owners whose dog is my child so him having a good experience meant everything Ada & Chris
