Maggie did a WONDERFUL job grooming my dog! I have a big and fluffy dog (a big job) and she happily accepted it. My dog is elderly and cannot stand for extended periods. Maggie was so gentle and sweet. She groomed her well and ensured she was not on her feet for long. My girl was not anxious either! Thank you again for such a great experience. I will be back for more grooming sessions with Maggie <3

Kudos to Sue, one of pet smart groomers. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of pet allergies and treatment options. I wish there was a way to tip the groomers at the end of your receipt versus having cash. I never carry cash but next time I definitely will. My pups are clean and resting well!

Diana did a great job introducing our puppy, Oliver, to grooming. And, BTW, he loves sitting on top of his big sister, Cheyenne. 🐾🐩

My pet had an appointment at 11:30 am Monday February 9th. I receive a call at 7 30 am from April the groomer that she didn’t have any appointments at the moment could I bring adore in earlier. I said okay. I drove 30 minutes to this location and had to sit there and wait for her to be checked in. Mind you another associate came up and ask me have I been helped and I proceeded to let her know the last April Was her groomer. She said okay another lady came up and asked and I said the same thing. Diana came back and April then asked her to check me in due to the lady she was currently speaking with was taking a very long time to drop her pet off.
