I usually have an amazing customer service experience at my neighborhood PetSmart. From the cashiers to my dogs groomer. However on multiple occasions I’ve encountered the RUDEST cashier. Younger gentleman with glasses, similar essence to Bruno Mars who is EXTREMELY unpleasant. He doesn’t greet you, even if you speak first, roles his eyes at assistance and looks at you as if you’re stupid if you ask a question. I know all jobs aren’t pleasant especially in today’s times but if you can’t do the bare minimum and be pleasant to paying patrons maybe you should work elsewhere.

I bring my girl Willow to get her haircut here, and we got Isabel as a stylist. She did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back to here. She is polite, professional, and understanding of how I want Willow to be treated. Absolutely amazing! Thank you Isabel!

I’m not bringing my dog (Jack Russel) anymore to this grooming salon. I was there couple of days ago for nail trimming and, even without coming to the dog the staff said that he would stop the service if dog is troubling him. We were surprised because it is first time someone said this in PetSmart after so many visits. Then I told the staff that if you are not comfortable, please ask someone else to do the service. Then after a while another staff member showed up and said he can give it a try. That explained to me that first guy already spoiled the second one. Anyway, they took my dog in and just came out in couple of minutes saying that my dog is biting him and did only one pow. They did not charge for it. I thought they were supposed to handle dogs. It was never like this before on all

Do not use Pet smart grooming service if you want your pet to get a good hair cut. I brought my Westie puppy here for an appointment with Ruby. I asked for her to round out the fur around my puppy's face and cut the fur on her body short. She did not listen at all and completely shaved my pup from head to toe! The cut was super choppy and NOT well done at all. It looked like a five year old got a hold of clippers and shaved my dog. I will never go back for grooming at this location.

This is 1 star to the girl who was wearing glasses with the pony tail that sold us fish today. I never ever target any employee but she had made our experience today a very uncomfortable one. We were like an inconvenience for her when we asked for help with the fish. We thanked her at the end but she just walked away without acknowledging us. What was her deal?! What did we do?! Did she not like her job? If so, quit? Managers please address your employee on professionalism and manners.
