Very happy with the entire experience with Veterinary Surgical Center! The staff was amazing from the front desk to the surgeon. They took excellent care of my dog Venus and kept us informed through the entire process. They had me pay the high end of their estimate before the procedure, but happily refunded me a fairly large amount - this showed me how honest they are. I highly recommend them for any surgical procedures your pet needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Wong and the entire team at VSC Gaithersburg. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for—not just my dog, but as an owner too. What impressed me most is the genuine compassion they showed. My 17 year old dog had a huge tumor in his mouth and was very anxious, but the staff handled everything so gently and patiently that it made a huge difference. The communication was amazing, Dr. Wong explained to me in plain English what he was planning on doing and what to expect. I am so grateful for him and the entire staff. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and you can really trust that your pet is in good hands here. I’m so glad I found them—highly recommend!

Our dog (lab pit) Daisy had such a great experience with Christopher during her boarding time with him! Daisy can sometimes be nervous around men but not with Christopher! At the first meeting she went right to him- tail wagging and all! He sent us photos and videos every day! Daisy looked so happy each time! We weren’t sure if she would come home with us because they had such a strong bond- of course she did with no problem lol. Christopher’s gentle way and deep affection for animals was a winner for Daisy and us! She really loved the big back yard to run around in. Dr. Wong did an AMAZING job on my Lucy and her diaphragmatic hernia repair. She was taken care of 24/7 for 3 days and the staff sent updates and pictures of her being absolutely loved on. Dr. Wong stayed up all night on the phone making sure she was okay during an episode she had. My mothers a vet and we are recommending any surgery’s we can over to here I love this staff. So professional and so caring.
