First time at this PetsMart location. Associates were knowledgeable and helpful with several greeting me and offering assistance. Got help with my Dad’s aquarium issue and picked up a puzzle dog bowl. The store is older, but it’s clean and very well stocked. . I even caught the manager jumping in and doing cart duty.

Store is clean, staff is friendly. Adaptable babies are well cared for and in good health. Only 4 star because there is a serious lack of products for cat health in the supplemental realm such as hairball remedy.

A larger Petstore that has grooming services. I wish they had a more clear selection of flea and tick products for cats/dogs. At least I could find a can of cat food with the 2 aisles they had of it. I got some really good deals on fish supplies here during a sale. The aquarium plants were a little lacking and it harder to find one for the specific fish I was buying that wasn't brown or wilted. This store is extremely busy and they were low on a lot of stock on certain things like aquarium accessories and Bettas. I found that certain animals were very overpriced compared to my locally owned Petstore. The staff was friendly and available to answer any questions I had. The store was otherwise clean and maintained with carts available to shop.

I've shopped here before to get fish for my aquarium, there is never anyone around so you have to hunt someone down to assist you. It's an interrogation when you indicate which fish you would like making sure you're knowledgeable. Today was no different, a family actually mistook me for an employee! I was getting new items including a larger aquarium to prepare for an upgrade. After they were assisted the employee initially wasn't going to sell me ANY fish because the aquarium wasn't set up yet, then proceeded to explain to me how to acclimate the TWO fish I managed to get to my aquarium at home while the new one cycles. As a former store manager, this is horrible customer service. If I wanted to know the information, I would have asked. If you are going to refuse to sell me any fish for 3

I always mean to write a review for this store bc the customer service is fantastic. Don’t love PetSmart as a corporation but the employees here are top notch. I get my babies food she likes from here and they are always so kind and helpful with price checks and have helped me even when I rescued a baby kitten with how to care for it.
