This place has the best staff that takes amazing care of all of the animals. I fostered Thor the Great Dane from them and he stole my heart and I couldn't let him go. He's my best friend and protector. 🐾 If you are looking for a fur baby to join your family, come here and find a pet to rescue you ❤️ You can even take a dog out for a walk or an outing and make the day awesome for both of you!

I am beyond disappointed with this place and its staff. If I could give them a 0, I would and not because they couldn’t take my dog, but because of the lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism throughout the process. On January 13, I submitted a surrender request due to growing safety concerns involving my almost one-year-old baby. I clearly explained that my dog does not do well when she gets near his food or toys. I shared that my baby is crawling and does not understand boundaries, and I asked if there was any way to expedite the process. I was told I was number 30 on the waitlist and would receive a follow-up within a week. That follow-up never happened. After calling a few times over more than a month, I got no real updates. I had my cat spayed here recently. While the location can be a bit tricky getting in and out, the staff was WONDERFUL and my new rescue has settled nicely. I foster and rescue frequently so I've zero doubts we will be back.

I just adopted my 2nd Dog from them I was very happy with the service and think more people should adopt pets from this place.

I adopted Bunny from here in April. She was just 12 weeks old and has been a lot of work, but I love her so much. The adoption process was so simple and very reasonable. She came already spayed and with all of shots. I also recieved all of her intake and medical records. This was great for her new veterinarian to know what she needed. I even had 4 weeks of puppy training by video call and a microchip. They do a great job setting us up for success which has been a huge help, because puppies are a lot more work than I remember, but we are getting there. I did a DNA test on her on my own. She is 71% pitt, 13.7% husky, and 10% German shepherd. The rest is super mutt
