I moved to Gainesville recently and this is the only place I’ll go. The employees are exceedingly patient, helpful and kind. They have an incredibly healthy fish and pet selection and fantastic selection of raw organs for my cats. Every supply I need for four planted tanks and two cats. I love this place. The employees are incredibly kind and helpful everytime.

My go to pet store! They have a very clean and tidy self pet wash station. Super convenient to get my dogs nails trimmed and then I’ll give her a bath right after. Amber is the best dog groomer ever! She always takes great care of Lucy and is very supportive and patient with her. All of the team members are very helpful and give the best recommendations with dog food and treats. My dog Lucy loves coming here!

The bath set up is great. Clean and easy access. Shampoo is awesome the oatmeal one. My dog is 65lbs and the tub is perfect They have different size options.

We love this place. I always go here to get my poodle groomed. Amber always does an amazing job. She’s very attentive to everything I want her to do to him and takes her time. She’s very nice to him and I can tell he is comfortable with her which means the world to me. I also adopted 2 shelter cats while here and all the staff were beyond helpful and so super sweet to me and my children. We are lifelong customers.

Takes such great care of the animals! Animals are always well maintained and happy, beta fish have an improvement from a tiny cup. THEY HAVE AXLOTLS! Happy birds, a couple interesting reptiles beside the geckos- I shop there for my bioactive crested geckos tank they have incredible stuff at an incredible price! Highly recommend. Staff always assist you and welcome you, and are so so sweet!
