We have been taking our dog to the Pet Smart groomers in Fuquay Varina, NC for 5 years now. We recently had an appointment and we were very disappointed in how we were treated and the haircut they gave our dog. When we first arrived, we stood in an empty salon and waited 15 minutes before anyone came out to help us. We had to go to a cashier out in the store to call someone to help us. We still waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up. The young girl that finally came out who worked behind the counter, was very rude and even seemed bothered that we were there. I think this trip we purchased a snail 🐌 & shrimp 🦐 for the African Dwarf Frogs 🐸 we got a few weeks earlier. They're sooo 🥰. I am enjoying the frogs a lot more than I expected. They're a little stupid,but fun to watch.

This store usually has everything you need essentially for your pets. Great customer service. The parking area is dirty and so messy. Understand that it's out of the store control but there are big businesses in this shopping center to keep the area cleaned.

I take my dogs here all the time because its convenient. I booked my appointment a week in advance and despite their 15 minute grace period they refused service to my two dogs today. My husband called to find out why and they lied to him saying I was 20 minutes late, granted I was 10-15 minutes late, we all even looked at the clock confirming it was QUARTER PAST. Meanwhile they canceled my appointment online after only minutes past! Why even have a grace period if you're just going to cancel your client's appointments online without a phone call or anything. One quick phone call would have saved me a lot of time and grief, I had to then cancel my following appointment since now i had the dogs. They lie and don't honor their appointment times(grace period). They double booked Saturday and we're just rude and so on. This was the last straw of giving them business.
