We’ve used Paws of Serenity twice now for professional cat sitting, and both experiences have been absolutely seamless! From the very beginning, communication has been clear, timely, and reassuring. Melissa and her team are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely care about the animals they’re looking after. Our cats can be pretty shy, and that’s where Paws of Serenity truly shines! Every time Melissa or a team member visits, our normally reserved kitties come out, engage, and clearly feel safe. That alone speaks volumes about their calm, patient, and respectful approach to cat care. Not to mention, one of my favorite parts of having Paws of Serenity cat-sit are the daily photo updates. We had a great experience with Paws of Serenity watching our Pittie! Barley loved Melissa and Alli, and they went all out to make him comfortable. As a dog with Separation Anxiety, he needs a lot of attention! With Paws of Serenity doing overnight stays, Barley was not anxious at all! No accidents and no tearing up the house! We will be using Paws of Serenity every time we leave town from now on! I'm attaching two pics we received of Barley from Melissa. They show how happy he was with them!

Melissa and the Paws of Serenity team were absolutely wonderful! They took such great care of our kitties, Milo and Gus, while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were not only being looked after but also loved and spoiled. We came home to two very happy cats and a stress-free experience all around. I can’t say enough good things about Melissa & the Paws of Serenity team!! They took amazing care of my dogs, Major & Bailey, while we were out of town for a weekend. The updates, photos, and little notes each day gave us total peace of mind. Attached is a photo I received & It was clear the pups were having so much fun with them! It’s hard to find someone you truly trust with your pet, but this team goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to any pet parent who wants reliable, caring sitters! My pups cant wait to spend more time with them in the future! 😊

Paws of Serenity did a fantastic job taking care of our maltipoo Bella. Melissa was incredible with our geriatric little lady, providing the best care (like her own pet) and lots of photos. We definitely plan to use Paws of Serenity again. Highly recommend!!!
