Dr. Kevin, along with veterinary technicians Kelsey and Becca, provided outstanding, compassionate care while helping me urgently secure USDA-certified health certificates for international travel. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine concern made it possible for my cat to fly with me overseas from Raleigh-Durham—right on time. In a high-stress situation, they were calm, supportive, and truly exceptional. I’m incredibly thankful. Pierogi and I deeply appreciate the tender loving care shown to him. Thanks to Dr. Kevin, this amazing tag-team, and everyone who works at 5PAH!

We’ve been bringing our boxer-lab mix to 5 Points Animal Hospital for a while now, and they’ve been wonderful every single time. Our pup struggles with seasonal allergies and recurring ear infections, and the team here always finds effective treatment plans that bring real relief. We were in again today, and she’s already feeling so much better—back to enjoying her walks & naps without any discomfort. Everyone is kind, thorough, and truly cares about helping pets feel their best. Couldn’t ask for a more trusted vet team!

Brought my senior cat in for a wellness check and was so pleased with the experience. Dr. Toni is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable and shared so much information with me, she answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns and I couldn’t be more thankful, she did the most thorough check up on my cat compared to any other vet I’ve ever gone to and made me feel like she really cared about my cat’s health. This is a fantastic place to bring your pets, the team are so kind and they go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel comfortable throughout the entire experience, I got a great feeling from the moment I first called to schedule the appointment and I’m really glad I chose to bring my cat here!

Moved to NC recently, was not happy with the first vet office I found which was lucky for me because 5 Point was recommended and they are wonderful. Front desk, the tech and Dr Julia were so friendly and took their time getting to know my dog. And even though it was a routine visit I received a call the next day checking on her. Highly recommend.

Dr Kevin and Staff are amazing. Especially Dr Kevin and one of his assistants (a women with an arm tattoo) we are just crazy for her and him. Dr Kevin, no matter how busy always gives your Pet the time and attention they deserve, makes you feel like Family and doesn’t suggest things like Teeth Cleaning unless it’s absolutely necessary—which I appreciate. My Dogs love him and the staff is so good. We have found our forever Vet home !
