Took my three dogs there to be groomed, I was nervous because they’ve never been taken anywhere to be groomed and they are not always sociable. But they did an amazing job! Mackenzie did so good grooming them, and all of the other staff was super friendly. It was a clean environment, and our dogs didn’t seem stressed at all when we got there. I will be taking them there every month from now. 💛💛

We were in on Saturday night buying a couple of snails and the aquatics person was very helpful, especially with coming up with ideas for our betta tank. We came back on Monday morning and the the 2 ladies that helped us in aquatics and up front with a dog tag were great. We wish we had gotten their names! Great experiences both times and we appreciate the assistance!!

Awful management done at this store, tried to get 8 neon tetras and the old lady which I’m assuming was a manger said my tank did not meet the requirements for it (which it did) and did not let me buy it. So I got my friend to go in there and lie so he could get them and she said she would only give them to him if he bought something extra with it. Absolutely horrible management, I have never heard of someone not wanting to sell something to a customer

This used to be a really good store, we've shopped here a lot. Today was awful. First, they had a conure totally alone, looked absolutely desperate for attention when we were looking at it. Cockatiel also alone. Worse were the hermit crabs whose hygrometer read 10% humidity. They need closer to 80% humidity. Last, we wanted to buy a pair of bettas, one male, one female. When we went to check out the cashier asked if they were going in the same tank, when I said yes, he said he couldn't sell them to be put in the same tank. I told him one was female, he said the male would kill the female. I'm not sure how he thinks bettas have reproduced in the wild without human intervention for all of history. Petsmart has lost my business for good especially the one located in Florence,AL. I also have learned that I am not the only one who has had an encounter and a complaint with a certain employee named Mary. I was refused the purchase of a fish not once but twice and I'm not the only one come to find out. Their tanks had multiple dead fish floating in them both times I visited their store. I will not be back Store #3102
