Fisher Animal Hospital

I can’t thank the staff at Fisher Animal Hospital enough. They’ve been monumental in my pets care for years. From the sparkling front desk staff to the vet techs that go above & beyond to the vets (shoutout to Dr. Emerald Barrett) they’ve loved my sweet furbabies. We recently lost our sweet Gatsby to congestive heart failure and they’ve all shown so much kindness and compassion. He was a long time patient with this office. Even though he was crabby, he loved his “people” within the office! Now our sweet girl, Lily is beginning to establish care here too. I hope the bad experiences will not deter you from the wonderful humans there that truly care. I have nothing but glowing recommendations and feel very fortunate to have a vet like them!

I live in Nashville but I was quoted $800-1300 for a dental at my normal clinic there. My family lives in Florence and has used fisher animal hospital so I called them for a quote. The base dental was $175 and I ended up paying $370 total (dental+bloodwork+extractions+IV). I was very happy with my decision and impressed by their clinic. I met with a veterinarian at both drop off and pickup. They answered all my questions well and the entire staff was friendly. If needed, I would definitely use this clinic again and recommend them to others.

It’s been 4 years now, so a late post because I’m looking for a new place for our pup.This place popped up and and reminded me of the horrific way they treated an animal because they volunteered to spade and neuter feral cats. I had a feral mom and six kittens in my home for 12 weeks. I told them momma kitty needed fluids because she was not eating or drinking good. They fixed her and sent her home to die, and she did 5 days later.I still have 2 of her kittens today. In my home, loved and taken care of. Don’t volunteer to help with animals if you are not going to do your best!! This is not for publicity!!

We started using Fisher when we got our Golden retriever a couple of years ago. We also had a 16 year-old boxer named Natti we had to have put down but she was not a patient of theirs. I called to check to see if they could help us and they did. They were beyond compassionate.To have someone who you don’t know hug you and share tears with you when you’re telling your baby goodbye means the world to you. AMAZING STAFF AND DOCTORS.
