Open Gates Pet Resort

My 4 month old sweet Lola went to Open Gates to get her first grooming done. They did a really good job and suggested only doing her face, feet, and fanny seeing how it was her first time. She did really well and everyone was very kind with her. She smelled so good afterwards and was so fluffy and cute. We can finally see her eyes and all her cute facial expressions. I look forward to taking her there again for a full groom next time.

We took our Rosco for the first at time to be groomed today! We are so pleased. All the ladies were so nice! He looks so handsome and smells so good! The price for such a big dog was fantastic.

We love Open Gates. Our dogs run in every time and appear to love every staff member - and one of my dachshunds is very choosy about who they like so this tells me a lot! The staff has also gone out of their way to accommodate our needs - we couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.

Very grateful they could board our cat and dog at last minute due to an awful family tragedy. We had another place scheduled that really screwed us over. We really appreciate how kind the whole team is there.

They do not care about your animals. They were told not to put our dogs together because they do not get along. They did not listen and put them together and behold they got in a fight and did not bother to even call us and inform us or anything until we picked them up. This was our first visit with them and will absolutely be the last. Definitely do not recommend
