PetSmart Destin has been my go to spot for my dog Vivian, especially for grooming. I always book the express service and Aimee is absolutely incredible. She treats Vivian with so much care and patience, and every time we leave Vivian looks beautiful, happy, and clearly well cared for. You can tell Aimee genuinely loves what she does and it shows in the results. Beyond grooming, this PetSmart has a great selection of dog accessories, toys, and healthy food options. Everything is clean, organized, and easy to find, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a groomer you can trust and a solid place to keep your dog looking and feeling their best, PetSmart Destin and Aimee are hard to beat. Vivian is always excited to go back, and that says everything.

Way too expensive for the terrible job that was done. Will not be going back. We were told it would be 4-5 hours and they called us back 1 1/2 later…. This was after they didn’t want to take us because of rabies. We got it prior to the 24 hours and the lady was snarky. My husband went back and they ended up taking my dog. When we got her back, her paws were awful. And she smelled like a dirty wet dog, and there was fur EVERYWHERE. I even paid for the extra fancier shampoo and brush. Waste of money.

Will never use grooming again! Took my golden doodle last month for a cut and bath. They did not do most of the things they say are included, Especially brush him out. I got him home with no cut and his fur had knots (even more than when I dropped him off). I got a call from the manager after a complaint. He apologized and set an appointment to redo the service at no charge. I got a call that he was “matted really bad, so they would either have to shave all his hair or I could pay a mat fee up to $40. I agreed to pay the fee. I went to pick him up and they charged me $175. I stated I was only supposed to pay the mat fee. A very rude lady came to the register and said she could refund the last $91 and I would have to pay the remaining. Now my dog looks terrible and it still cost me $90.

Amazing experience at PetSmart as I got everything I needed for my rabbits and then when I checked out, Sara was checking me out and save me a lot of money by downloading the PetSmart app couldn’t ask for more customer service.

Brantley deserves way more than five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I’ve been searching for over a year for a bunny cage big enough for my bunny to comfortably jump and play, and Brantley made it happen in minutes. He went above and beyond by helping me choose the perfect cage, plus recommending a litter box and feeding tray that fit my setup perfectly. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. This was hands down the best PetSmart experience I’ve ever had.
