Banfield Pet Hospital

This is the best Veterinary clinic I have ever experienced! They explain EVERYTHING, are affordable with the plan pricing, and truly love my animals! Currently have 3 dogs and 4 cats (fosters included) with them and couldn’t be happier! They have cured me from thinking all vets are out to just make a quick dollar, and that says ALOT about how they treat their clients - humans and animals alike! Such thoughtful touches when sending our girl home from her spay.

The entire staff is wonderful!!! They are very professional, patient, kind and compassionate. I wish hospitals for humans could mimic this clinic and treat patients just as well. The veterinarian was phenomenal!! She provided me with updates as I waited for my dog during surgery. I am now a loyal customer. Dr. Rentz, Gigi and Liz were both phenomenal!

We have only been with Banfield in Destin for a year and thus far have had a wonderful experience!! Our dog, Cotton is very skittish and Taylor made sure he was comfortable before taking him back for treatment. She was very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable about his care. All services were explained and discussed including getting a quote for a future procedure. We have been very pleased with Banfield veterinary care!!

Beware of the "Wellness Plan". I signed up for both of my dogs and the vet service at this place is like a zoo. Super stressful for my dogs, tehy want me to drop at 9 am to be picked up at 5pm. My dog has been in twice for the same issue and the first vet I dealt with seemed like she was half asleep. I took them to Destin Animal Clinic today and found out what a real vets office is like. It was quiet and calm. I mature vet came in and actually examined my dog with me there, and spent a good 20 minutes with us. And told me to call her in the next few days if nothing improved. That cost me 50.00. Imagine my surprise when I tried to cancel my 75.00 per month wellness plan with Banfield to find out that 1) it cannot be done on the website 2) it cannot be done in the store 3) there is a 55

I started taking my dog to Banfield when he was 8 weeks old, he is now 10 yrs old. We started in Colorado and then moved to the Destin office 3 yrs ago. I love that with my plan he gets all his shots, extensive comprehensive exams every six months, free office visits, and yearly a dental cleaning. He has always gotten the best care there. The Vet even called me the next day to check on ME… after a not so good report that made me emotional the day before. I would definitely recommend Banfield to anyone, and I do.
