Emergency Veterinary Clinic Destin

A very sad Christmas Eve surprised me and my family today. What started out as a normal morning with our dogs turned south out of no where. Beau (English Spaniel) abruptly woke up out of a nap and started showing stroke / seizure like symptoms. We primarily live in GA and are in Destin for the holidays. I looked up the closest emergency vet ( Destin Emergency Vet clinic), called and Abby answered. I explained the symptoms and circumstance and she was so caring and helpful. We rushed Beau to the clinic and were quickly seen. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Fast forward to realizing we needed to lay Beau to rest, the staff allowed all the time needed and were very helpful with the process. They made a very sad, dark day, as peaceful as it could have been.

You couldn’t put enough stars to express the impeccable services my bulldog as well as myself have received over the past year and a half. It was 15 months ago Dr. Paul wasn’t a hundred percent sure my dog was going to make it through. He also said to me that he would stand by mine and my dogs side and has ever since. Just recently a situation came up and once again Dr. Paul got my dog through it. Dr Paul has the most kind and caring staff to be had. They texted me three times a day to updating me on the condition of my dog . The entire staff showed exceptional knowledge about things and promptly informed me of his condition. Without a doubt I know Dr. Paul must be extremely proud of his staff and the professionalism they display daily. I hope one day to find my very own personal Md. that

Visiting in the off season to escape the ice storm up north, and our Aussie got something in her eye. Didn’t think it was a big deal at first but it got worse very fast, so we had to bring her in at midnight. The staff were friendly and efficient, helped our sweet Mocha, we were in and out super quick, and it didn’t cost a fortune. We are 24 hours post visit and our dog’s eye looks perfect. Recommend!

My new girl dog had managed to get her new spay incision messed up so I had called them for help because of course it happened on a late Saturday night and they were honest with me about how long it would take to be seen so I opted to just wait at home with her until they were Free of a wait time so I got there early on a Sunday morning and was able to be seen right away. The vet tech was extremely sweet and got down on her knees with my dog each time and spoke very gently to her. The main vet was also very nice and informative. The cost of the visit was relatively cheap to what I have paid before at emergency vets As well. I will definitely go back to them if I have any other emergencies in the future with any of my pets.

My dog became critically ill on Christmas Day and required hospitalization. The entire team at Emergency Vet Clinic of Destin was professional, thorough, and compassionate throughout his stay. They clearly explained his condition and treatment plan and always provided estimates before starting any care. Every time I called for an update, the staff was patient, kind, and reassuring. I was especially touched by the way they encouraged my dog to eat, stand, and walk, and by the genuine care they showed him during his recovery. During an incredibly stressful and frightening time, they helped ease my anxiety and made me feel confident he was in good hands.
