I bought my ball python this week from there they wasn't gonna sell him to me at first the employees didn't know anything and don't know what they was doing they actually told me they hadn't feed him in a month said he was extremely aggressive he's not aggressive at all he eats well I was holding him the day I got him home they was supposed to give me his adoption paperwork they didn't they was supposed to send me a email about him they didn't they employees that was working that day and with him needs to be fired for starving this animal

Went for some fish and accessories this past weekend. The 2 women in the fish department were very helpful and knowledgeable which I greatly appreciated. They had a good stock of fish, and was honest about what would work or wouldn't work well together in my community tank.

Clean store, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Brought my mini dachsund Arrow here to pick out her own toys and treats for her birthday. She had a great time and we will be back to shop/take a field trip! Here's a pic with all her loot! Also met a bunny named Jeff, so 10/10 would recommend.

Took dog to be groomed, when picking her up, she looked the same as when I dropped her off. Still they charged $71 . Nothing but a rip off. I told her it’s not worth $71 . She had nothing to say. I urge people don’t use them. They will rip you off. Never again. There are before and after pics.

Until recently I have always had positive customer experiences at this store location and used them frequently for most all my pet needs. This worked fine until you actually ask for "customer service" like acquiring fish. Initially I was told fish arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday, which they didn't, on my 3rd return visit on Friday the fish had arrived but were still floating in bags in the tanks. When I asked when they would be available for sale, the associate inpolitely replied LATER TODAY. I chose not to wait a couple hours wasting time to make a purchase. I returned today (Saturday) and patiently waited while the "fish associate" was giving a feeding workshop to some young children. I have no problem with that, but after 5 minutes of zero eye contact or acknowledgment that I was standi
