From the moment I walked in, I could tell these folks take pride in their space — everything was spotless, well-maintained, and the equipment was in perfect working order. What really stood out was the personal touch. Even with a one-man operation that day, the staff made sure every customer (and every pup) got attentive, quality service. They took the time to walk me through how everything worked, which made the whole process a breeze. Very fair pricing, great vibe, and my pup even got a nail trim from someone who clearly knows their way around a furry client. Will definitely be back — highly recommend for anyone who wants their dog pampered without the fuss.

What an amazing experience. Our dog got rejected from Pet Smart due to his reaction to the kennel (completely understandable), so we found another option for a bath. Christian was awesome; he explained everything and was helpful throughout. We will definitely be back!
