Please do not take your dog in for any of there walk-in services. I came during their happy hour program, yet was still charged the full price for a nail grind. On top of that, my dog was getting her nails cut for a total of 4 minutes. When they brought her out it was quite obvious they did not cut her nails well, and they did not even cut her duclaw at all. I do not recommend their services to anyone, and please be weary of getting scammed like I did.

We have seen Brett for the dogs grooming and they really like seeing him. We have two labs and the older one used to exhibit anxious and fearful behaviors like shaking and cowering when we went to a previous groomer but displays none of those same behaviors now. He does a good job and most of all we trust him.

I have always purchased my Bettas at this store. Yesterday I went in to buy two and was scolded at the register by a female employee.(In front of a long line of other customers) Wish I would have got her name but I was in shock at the time. She was adamant that I could not put female Bettas in a tank together. I was nice and told her that she was thinking of male Bettas but females can live in a sorority. She became increasingly rude and told me when they kill each other I would not be allowed to bring them back. I am extremely experienced and knowledgeable about fish. I wanted to educate her for the sake of future customers but I could see she only wanted to argue so I just let her know that she didn't have to be concerned about me returning the fish because I would never be back. They have wonderful service, very healthy looking pets with a nice selection, fish look very healthy, the tanks look well maintained. None if the animals look like they were in distress. They looked all well taking care of. They offer grooming and pet training. They offer outfits for your pets as well as holiday costumes. They gave handicap parking and they have curved side pick up, they have a pet cleanup station outside for little accidents, they have bathrooms with handicap accessibility, and they are also very clean bathrooms.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The biggest win for me is their huge selection. They’ve got supplies for just about any animal you can imagine...dogs, cats, reptiles, small pets, and a whole wall of fish tanks. The prices run a little higher than what you find on their own website, but the convenience makes up for it. What really stood out today was the customer service. A young lady named Kayla spent a good 20 minutes helping me and my son with his betta fish. My son loves this little fish, and she walked us through things I’d been stuck on with the tank setup. She knew her stuff, and honestly, I left impressed. She even talked me out of buying a couple accessories I didn’t actually need. Overall, solid store, great employees, and the kind of service you don’t get online. I’ll keep shopping there.
