PetSmart

I enjoy walking into PetSmart. They have the cutest items for a wide range of animals. I did have an issue with the checker who was incredibly upset that I only had 100 bills and nothing smaller. I think he was have an off day but he just wouldn't let it go. That's the only issue I've really had at this location.

Decided on a last minute (much overdue) grooming appointment on Christmas Ever. It was our first time and Laekyn is great at what she does, very nice, and patient (my poodle had matted areas)….the cut took her from a doodle to a poodle lol we will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend her (or anyone else, everyone we encountered seemed super sweet and the other doggies had beautiful holiday cuts as well)

Bruce and the other front of store folks are always helpful and kind. They're willing to drop whatever they are doing to help you find what you're looking for. The grooming salon is always bustling with pups and the groomers are also very kind and helpful. Everyone there cares for animals the way you'd expect and want folks that work at a pet supply store to care. I'd give more stars if I could, but five is the google limit.

Worst workers I have ever seen!!!! Stoped to get a Crab that may or may not be DEAD according to the store employee…..It was 7:06 and was Told that they could not sell me anything since there was only 2 people working . they are open till 9:00!! And argued with me longer then it would have taken them to check on the crab…..but the lady literally just got a fish for someone while I was weighting to be helped…..She informed me that they had not checked on the crabs since the storm 3 days ago!!!!! I live 30 min away and was told the manager had just left and that was why she could not help me 😡 We shop at this store all the time and never have I seen employees not willing to do there job!!!!!

Overall, I thought PetSmart was a great spot to get everything my pet needs. They offer adoptions for dogs and cats, and you can also buy fishes and smaller pets like hamsters and lizards. The staff was helpful and the store was clean, which was great.
