St Francis Veterinary Clinic

I took my dog, Myla for her first visit and it was great! My girl is a big baby when it comes to the vet (still a good girl though). The tech was so nice and went slow with her. Myla actually followed the tech back for a weight check (which is huge for her bc normally I have to walk with her). So I knew that was a good sign! Dr. Custer was Super nice, answered all my questions and just overall fantastic! I LOVED that they moved slow with my nervous girl and did everything in the exam room with her (I know some things they can’t always do in the exam room which is okay!) I felt so involved in her treatment plan. I am so happy I found the perfect vet for my fur babies!! Thank you!!! 💚🤎

Absolutely blown away by the care we received tonight by the entire staff. I believe I have only taken my cat into them twice, and today, unfortunately it was his time to be put to sleep due to his fast decline of quality of life. They had us in a large room with lots of windows and talked us through every step. I cannot stress how kind the staff was! I have had to put pets to sleep before and I have never received this level of kindness and care. Thank you all. ♥️

My ferrets and I love Dr Stone! Will definitely be coming back! Unfortunately I have not had good experiences bringing my other exotic animals to other vets. They don’t seem to know their stuff and they always seem so uncomfortable around them. I LOVE the way Dr. Stone interacted with Tuna and Bear and how comfortable she made them! I will definitely be switching over my kitty crew and all my exotics, birds, and reptiles to St Francis!!!

We had to have our guardian dog put down. They handled her care and cremation. This was a very sorrowful experience for us and the care and compassion they showed was wonderful. I received her remains and the urn was beautiful. I greatly appreciate them all! Many thanks!

Me and my chihuahua Ollie had been coming here for years. I took Ollie in from an abusive home with a myriad of health issues. After moving to Conway in my early college years and having Ollie only for a little over a year I brought her to St. Francis to continue her care. Being a broke college student the staff at St. Francis were always very understanding with mine and Ollie's situation and never failed to provide the best and most detailed care around every turn. When Ollie would lose grip on the table, they provide a blanket. When she would shy away from shots, they provided comfort and treats to make her feel safe.
