Always so friendly and happy to help. Got our beardie there last year after the one we purchased at PetSmart passed quickly and suddenly from a prior respiratory infection that wasn’t apparent till it got really sick. They helped me with the transition and made sure there was no issues with my tank causing the problem. Highly recommend.

I’ve shopped here for years. Sometimes I pay more and sometimes less than a competitor. The difference is in the quality of their products. Consistently good. The animals are healthy:fresh & saltwater items, gerbils, dragons, etc. the nice feature that you will not get anywhere else are that the animals are all handled…and as a result well adjusted.

Great pet shop and animals just wish they would take care of their fish especially their bettas, this is the fourth dead one I’ve found :/

I love coming here! I’ve adopted multiple pets from this shoppe and use their dog wash frequently! The staff is SO friendly and knowledgeable, I go to them when I have questions before I go anywhere else. Wide variety of reptiles, fish, rodents, birds, and even some cats for adoption, and they all look like they’re very taken care of. They have a wider selection for reptiles than PetCo or PetSmart, so please shop here instead. The prices are on par too (though the crickets are infinitely cheaper because they don’t die as soon as you leave the shoppe).
