I debated whether or not to even leave a review. Because I was very torn with the way I was treated. So on one hand, the lead veterinarian that I had today and I believe it was a veterinarian assistant. They were lovely. They were angels they were so kind to me and my dog in a very difficult time. That being said, no pet parent should be badgered to pay the bill literally while their dog is laying next to them dying and it certainly shouldn't go on so long that you are denying my dog the medical care she needs. Because apparently all you care about is money. I understand this is a business. I understand medication, and Medical equipment costs money, but this was handled very poorly. Dr. Gabbard is the best! Whether it's something simple or infinitely more complex, he remains kind and professional throughout the entire process. His staff also rock! They are great about getting back with you in a timely manner, and explaining what you (honestly) were already told by the doctor once again with patience.

Some of the things I’m about to say are secondhand things my wife told me about her awful experience today, and I’m inclined to believe her because she wouldn’t have a reason to lie, but I wanted to say that in the interest of transparency. My wife took our cat, Sophie, in for an appointment with Dr. Pete Johnson today and it could not have been a worse experience. We were wanting to establish care here in Arkansas after recently moving from Idaho. Sophie is older and does struggle with some separation anxiety, especially when my wife is not around. Awesome experience with our visit overall! Doctor was super knowledgeable and helpful, staff was super friendly and pleasant. This made ourselves and our dogs feel much more at ease! Both left happy and even fell asleep as soon as we got in the car.

We were new to Conway and not sure where to take our fur baby. From the first initial phone call to our most recent visit has always been top notch service. Customer service alone deserves a ten the office staff is your first experience, and these ladies are kind, informational, and hard working. Then you get your room assistant, and those staff members are so knowledgeable, and understanding, patient, and thoughtful. Then we have had our visits with the Vet in training and he is absolutely the best! I cannot remember his name right now which is horrible, but he is full of valuable information, kind to us and our fur baby! I know the vets are amazing as they have taken great care of our loved ones, but we have not ever met them, that is the only downside to this center. I am sure it is bec
