I genuinely expected better from a company like PetSmart, but our experience at this location was flat-out unacceptable. When I picked up my dog, he had dried poop still stuck to his behind. That’s not just laziness it’s unhygienic and completely inexcusable for a facility that’s supposed to provide care and grooming. It was obvious no one had taken the time to properly clean him, and I could literally see the filth coming off when I had to wash him myself at home. Even worse, my dog who is normally very friendly, playful, and full of energy came back completely disengaged and withdrawn. He loves daycare and being around people, so for him to act so off and unusually clingy afterward was alarming. It honestly made me question how he was treated during his stay. On top of all that, I se

If I could give zero stars, I would. We boarded our dog, Steve-o, at this PetSmart Pet Hotel while traveling out of state for a family emergency. Instead of providing care, the store manager called claiming she was a “danger” to the staff, implying she had bitten someone. That was not true. She hadn’t harmed anyone. She was simply scared and growling, as dogs with anxiety often do. Thankfully, our friend, who has years of experience in animal shelters, was able to pick her up. He found her terrified, cowering in the corner of her kennel. Staff made no attempt to comfort her, refused to get down to her level, and clearly had no idea how to work with anxious dogs. The environment was loud and chaotic with one person handling over 20 dogs. Steve-o immediately relieved herself outside, sugge

Kaiya is very kind and attentive. My shih-tzu always looks and smells good, and is happy when I pick him up. Kim was his groomer before and I was sad to see her leave, but I’m glad that we found Kaiya because she has a wonderful personality and I feel she really cares about my dog. My dog has dry eye so Kaiya is especially great with cleaning and trimming matted hair around my his eyes.

One star today as of 11/8. Young lady who works at grooming had an horrible attitude as I tried to schedule with her over the phone for two cat grooming appointments. Mind you I understand that cat grooming is maybe considered a specialty or a niche so they don’t have more traditional hours for working adults so if I’m calling to try to coordinate the schedule, I expect basic customer service even if you don’t have the patience level for it. She first reports that she’s unable to see the times that I can see online so that she can’t help me but I’m more than welcomed to book online. I said cool fine no worries. I am a working adult who works with computers. I know sometimes there’s there can be discrepancies between what’s available walk-in versus what it’s available online. I just ask her

My dog was there just for one daycare. When I went to pick her up the staff took a very long time to bring her and in the middle of the night I found her convulsing and vomiting bile. When she finally stopped I found a hard piece of the mattress' filling from the facility. The worst is that the staff did not say anything about that my dog was chewing the mattress so I could be aware of it. This was not our first time there but I noticed that the quality of the service has been deteriorating over time, and after what happened this last time I cannot recommend it.
